What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered. We need all of it to take payment, send the parcel and answer you afterwards.
We do not see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment processors, who take the card details directly. What comes back to us is a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type.
When you browse the store, our platform and our analytics collect the usual technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you looked at, and how you arrived. That is used to keep the store working and to understand which pages are useful.
If you sign up for email, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect immediately.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Order information we hold because we need it to perform the contract you entered into when you bought something, and because tax and accounting rules require us to keep records of sales. Marketing email we send on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Technical and analytics data we hold on the basis of our legitimate interest in a store that works and is not being defrauded.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary, with parties that need it to do a job for us:

- Payment processors, which handle the transaction.
- Carriers, which receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver the parcel.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is several years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your rights
