These terms govern your use of outbackfootwear.com and any order you place through it. The store is operated by Outback Footwear, 1468 E Los Angeles Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93065, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices and currency

All prices on this store are in US dollars and include no sales tax until tax is calculated at checkout for your address. The price shown at checkout, together with delivery and tax, is the amount charged to your card.

We correct pricing errors. If a boot is listed at an obviously wrong price and you order it, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund the order in full. We will not ship at a price that was a typing mistake and we will not charge you without telling you.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you click pay. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify the billing address, if the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or if we cannot fulfil the order as placed. If we decline, you are refunded in full and told why.

Product descriptions and images

We describe leather, sole, toe shape and construction as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material: grain, tone and the way a hide takes a finish vary between hides and between pairs, and the photograph on a product page is one pair rather than a rendering of the pair you will receive. Screens also vary in how they show colour. Variation of this kind is not a fault, and returns for it fall under the ordinary change-of-mind terms in our refund policy.

Cancellation and returns

Returns are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, email support@outbackfootwear.com with your order number as soon as you can and we will stop it if the parcel has not been picked.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it wholesale, or to place fraudulent orders. We may close an account or refuse service where we have reasonable grounds.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and layout on this store belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written agreement.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying boots that match their description and are fit to wear. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes fall to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
